Orbitz's web site makes no mention of the fact this is a non-smoking facility. It states that non-smoking rooms are available leading one to believe there are smoking rooms and then allows you to special request a smoking room, again misleading you. Of course the Hotel Refund Policy is non-refundable once you discover you have been mislead. No room safe, no ice machine on odd numbered floors, the one I was on of course. Wanted a fee for internet access for one of the most expensive rooms listed in the area. Very hard to find location , especially at night, with poorly marked signs. Local friends who have lived there for years got lost trying to find it.
