This was a great hotel. Clean and Friendly. The staff was helpful, and kind. The space for breakfast is large, and I loved the Starbucks coffee! Would go back without any hesitation.

Booking this deal through Cheaptickets was really helpful. It gave me $30 welcome credit for the stay to order food/drinks in the hotel. Although I used it to buy drinks at the hotel, the staff credited it back to my credit card because it took them a few extra minutes for billing. Great value and awesome staff!

Always enjoy having a suite to relax in. Staff was great. Recommeded a wonderful local restaurant.

I really enjoy my stay at this hotel great customer service and, a comfortable setting. I did not like the location.

Overall a pleasant stay. Hyatt hotels are different from the rest; good quality rooms, clean. Very near from O'Hare. Not a whole lot to eat around, although there are two nice restaurants a few feet from the parking lot. The salads offered in their fresh bar are expensive and not fresh, so you'd be better off going out to eat.
