Four of us stayed in the Sheraton Boston in Nov 2009. We found it was very convenient to the South Shore mall and having TGI Fridays in the hotel was a very very nice bonus. The staff in the hotel were very helpful and nice but we have to give a special mention to Deanna who checked us in and was extremely nice. She gave us good advise on the location of local shops and how to get to them using the T. The guys on the complimentary shuttle were also very helpful.

Although this hotel is a distance from Boston city, there is a useful shuttle service from and returning to the hotel.
