Upon arrival the staff was very vibrant and eager to serve me. I arrived late in the evening but Dominique made sure I had some food to eat. The wings were quite tasty. The other ladies were also great throughout my stay. I will definitely come back. Special props to: Angie Shanetta Dominique Tracie They all deserve some recognition awards!!!!

I really must give it up to the staff at this location for doing there best to work with there location. And I must compliment how nice the rooms were.. BUT... First off Orb was unable to accommodate the fact that I was mislead into believing that my hotel stay would be in the downtown area and could and would not switch me to something in that area. Secondly, upon walking into the Hyatt PLACE (4 Stars? Really?), the check in desk was connected to the BAR where there were people loaded and loudly. No problem really however because I love a fun crowd but if my day were a bad one I would have been angry. Thirdly I was emailed the last time I booked through Orb and told that I would receive a 5% discount on my next booking. Ask me if the Orb representative was able to honor that? You guessed it.... NO. I mean..... ???

The hotel shuttle was great ! Rooms were clean and big. Staff was very friendly . If you need a hotel near the airport this is highly recommended.

Hotel is clean and modern, lacks a restaurant or bar but does have a few items for sale 24/7. Breakfast is a good value. However, the shuttle service could be much better- it runs only on a schedule and every half hour- why not more often? or on demand at night? Worse, the night shuttle driver didn't appear to even know that there was a schedule- the van zoomed through early without even pulling into the assigned bay at the airport leaving several people stranded. Did the same thing 30 min later after I called the hotel to complain- this time luckily we saw the van and chased him down. Made me wish I'd selected another hotel, just for a reliable night shuttle service.

I was just looking for an overnight before catching an early flight; arrived about 6pm and was out by 4am. Using a GPS we went directly there. The staff was welcoming, very friendly, and helpful. The site offers kiosk checkin which was new to me, but a staff member stood by to assist and it was very fast. A coffee/drinks bar and food service area are convenient to entry way. The room was perfectly laid out: easily accommodating business or pleasure travel. I saw mInor building wear - I don't know how old the property is, but it appeared clean and well-maintained for a high traffic site. About a mile from the airport it was incredibly convenient with no airport noise. I will definitely stay here again.
