Hyatt Hotel & Casino Manila Guest Reviews
When we arrived at the hotel, the bellboys did not bother with our luggage until we called them although there were three of them standing outside the entrance. The rooms were as promised with a view of the Manila bay but the promised fruits (listed in the reservation) were not in the room and never delivered. Internet is charged extra at 330 Pesos for 15 minutes and a paper printout will cost you 80 pesos. Its not a big amount but if you just want to check back on a flight reservation, you don't expect to be charged for it. The hotel is new and therefore the rooms are clean, but the staff has not been well trained and is not really up to the standards expected of a Hyatt hotel. Sloppy would be a good description.

A good hotel with a reasonable shopping mall a block away. The staff were friendly, the rooms large and the internet connection quite good.

I was pleased with everything especially the service and their prompt attention to my request; however, when I checked into my room, there was no remote control for TV, there was no room-service menu on the desk, and there was no magazine anywhere in the room which was unusual. I hope the above incident only happened once. Everything else was great!

New hotel with a good location & very well decorated big size rooms. Unfortunately, service extremely slow. Too expensive compared to other hotels of same catagory.
