Great people who did everything we could ask to make our stay wonderful...close to metro and hence to all of Madrid!

The negative is the very tiny room; the bed is not particularly comfortable and there's no laptop or internet connectivity. The breakfast buffet is reasonable for a hotel of this standard. On the positive side, the location is great; castellana and serrano are around the corner and you can pretty much walk to the nice parts of the city within 10-15mins. Another plus is that because its tucked away on side street the rooms are very quiet.

A nice, quaint hotel,in a great location, at a very reasonable price. My only complaint was that they did not have WiFi, but they assured me it was being installed in march 2004
