well located for the pyramids and a good local centre.the taxi tours are good value with most staff at the hoptel friendly and helpful.Air conditionong makes too much noise and noise from local discotheques. Not suitable for families with young children for more than a couple of nights.

Smell from the drainage system in the bathroom and rooms are small but comfortable other wise vey good value for money and you get to see the local life style and customs which would not be the case in other bigger hotels or locations.

The staff are extremely helpful & friendly. The location is good if you want to be close to the pyramids. The room was clean although very small & dark. On the whole I'd recommend it.

I was quite suprised that this was rated a four star as the rooms were not in good condition (curtains off the wall/bathrooms filthy/ no towels left in room and no toilet paper) We were considering moving immediately yet as we only had 3 nights we did not want to waste anytime moving. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

An excellent deal for the price (we paid 65$/room for double occupancy, breakfast included)! The location is great (a 15 Egyp. pound taxi ride to the pyramids). The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly! Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We have had a good experience staying at this small but extremely pleasant hotel. The staff is friendly so much so that even the chef was very warm towards us. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Also for your internal travel and sighseeing contact the in-house travel agent, name is Ahmed (I think) he is good.

The location of the hotel is outer city from Cairo closer to the Pyrmids, but I would say clean and air con works well and cheap. From desk service manager was very helpful in regards to getting taxi's around watch out for the tour desk operator will try to book taxi's for you but rip you off book with front desk.

Reasonable value for money rooms could have been cleaner restaurant menu limited. Many people touting for tips. Management over all helpful. Would consider a return visit.

No wifi, but internet cafe in hotel. Breakfast buffet excellent. Carpet around pool definitely in need of a thorough cleaning. Overall a very good value. Good food variety available in hotel.

Clean and new, when compared with other budget hotels in Cairo. Difficult to find, even for the taxi driver.

A very impressive hotel that is only a 20 minute walk to the Pyramids. Our room was simple, but clean. The real highlight of the hotel is the staff - super friendly and helpful. Make sure to talk to Ahmed who runs tours. Tell him that Neil and Michael sent you to bargain hard for a good price! He was fun to negotiate with and eventually gave us excellent prices for a dinner cruise (highly recommend) and transportation. Be aware that there is no Internet at the hotel and the gym is permanently closed, even though [your website] lists one. Nevertheless, the price for this property was so low and we got so much out of it - would stay here again in a second!
