First time and I'll will surely come back. I was afraid of noise due to its location, but no problem at all. Good window and wall isolation, friendly personnel, clean. On the bad side: gym & pool only 8-22. Expensive Internet access - even mobile roaming was cheaper. No free Internet in the lobby which is common today elsewhere.

nice staff. Lame that they still charge for Internet. Gym was same pretty much as 14 years ago, as were the rooms. Location next to Corte Ingles was best thing. Don't think I'd stay again but it was not bad, just not good enough and needing updates.

Very good hotel, extremely spacious bedrooms. Good value for money. The buffet breakfast included is fantastic, you can really fill your boots! Cold and hot breakfast lots to choose from, you literally just help yourself. The advertisement says there is an outdoor pool, but there isn't, there is only an indoor pool. Appart from that good hotel and good location

Hotel not to far away from center.gym and swimming pool overcrowded as open to the public.

Very, very disappointing! We have no idea how this can be considered to be a 5 star hotel. Extremely tired and jaded, threadbare towels (albeit with a logo!) and 25 Euros per person for breakfast.
