The staff was friendly and professional. The hotel is being used while under renovation. The rooms are quite shabby and uncomfortable definitely it doesn't match the 4 star category. Don't use this hotel until renovation is finished whenever that happens. Also, rooms overlooking the main street have horrible traffic noise that won't allow you to sleep

Good handy to city location, easy walk to downtown or buses. No frills, suits average budget conscious traveller.

Fantastic hotel and ideally located. Huge bonus for guests being offered the use of the superbly equipped gym next door. Highly recommended and excellent value.

A very good hotel in an excellent location, close to everything we wanted to see while in Madrid. Was very important as we were only in Madrid for a few days and wanted to see as much as we could. The rooms were very comfortable and the facilities were very good as well. Staff were friendly and helpful and made our stay a pleasant one. Highly recommend this hotel for an affordable price and excellent location.
