A very nice clean hotel, staff speak german with some speaking english.

We actually stayed in the Hunguest Helios Benjamin rather than Claudia as there are 3 different linked hotels close together. Benjamin was less characterful from the outside than Claudia but the facilities were fine. The only downside was a fair amount of confusion when we arrived as to which hotel we were staying in and how to get there - the language problems made this worse than it might have been.
