Front Office Staff were some what rude. Some where very helpful, Leo in the evening/night shift was great. The Girls in the morning and afternoon were just down right rude. Front Desk People need to smile! I only got a unhappy frown, as if they didnt want to be there or work. Room service only works in the day. At night they only serve noodles. cleanliness was not too bad. View was good on the 19th floor suite!
