We booked a one-night stay at this hotel prior to boarding a cruise ship from Miami. Although I had requested a non-smoking room, we were booked in a smoking room, and were unable to be moved. The room reeked of smoke, and there were ants in the bathroom. The hotel overall seemed dated and dirty. We were also not pleased with the location of the hotel. It does not seem to be in the best part of town. The nearest restaurants other than the lobby bar are located in the nearby mall, which we were told to walk to. Although not a far walk, it was not easily accessible due to having to cross the on-ramp to the highway. I do not recommend this hotel, even for a short stay.

Went with my Dad for a few nights and was looking for a nice clean place with good access to a main highway. This hotel offers all of the above and more.

Beware. Unless you want to be rob i'd advice to stay away.So First i get rob then they say they cant to nothing about it and to top it of they didn't want to give me a refund.I lost about $2,000& up worth of stuff.This isn't the first time this has happen so I've heard.I bet my bottom dollar the staff was in on this.

We have a good time in this hotel but there were something bad, for example, we asked for dinner in the restaurant to eat in our room but the waitress told me that i had to pick up my dinner on 1st floor (my room was on 7th floor)and then we asked the receptionist and housekeeping for towels and it delayed about 2 hours to give us the towels. Never it ocurrs that i was saying in Radisson Hotel Convention in Orlando and Courtyard Hotel in LA where we were in 2010. I would recommend the hotel to my friends if the service is going to be better than now.
