The hotel was good, very clean but the rooms could be renovated!

We were there for 4 nights. The room was set up okay but the housekeeping sucked. Your room is equipped with towels and washclothes but once you use them the housekeeper never brings you new ones, they take the old ones and you have to practically stalk the front desk clerk or fllors for a housekeeper to get new clean ones. They dry hard and they do not smell fresh. [*]The hotel is nicely decorated but the food buffet sucks. The complimentary breaksfast is free but the hot bar is addtional 5.00. You have to pay 10.00 a day resort fees once you check out and if you park you have to pay 11.00 a day at check out so I ended up with additional 78.00 to pay at checkout. The pool is nice if you never been to Miami then you will appreciate the hotel but if you expect more do not book this hotel. Family oriented so there were kids everywhere. Overall I enjoyed my trip and when I hung at the hotel I enjoyed that too so I give this place a three star because I know there are fabolous places to stay in Miami.

it was an older hotel compared to what was around but you get what you pay for. found it a bit unfair to find that you had to pay an extra $6 a day to use the pool furniture and have a towel. been there once dont need to go back.overall the hotel was good
