Jacquelin the staff host was extremely rude and unwelcoming. We were givin a smoke zone room even though we had requested non-smoking. I would not recommend this place. It is worth a few extra bucks to stay somewhere else! Poor service.

She started the stay off in the worst way... Many negative reviews on her directly naming her. I would never stay there again and the BBB has already been filed.

We were there for 4 nights. The room was set up okay but the housekeeping sucked. Your room is equipped with towels and washclothes but once you use them the housekeeper never brings you new ones, they take the old ones and you have to practically stalk the front desk clerk or fllors for a housekeeper to get new clean ones. They dry hard and they do not smell fresh. [*]The hotel is nicely decorated but the food buffet sucks. The complimentary breaksfast is free but the hot bar is addtional 5.00. You have to pay 10.00 a day resort fees once you check out and if you park you have to pay 11.00 a day at check out so I ended up with additional 78.00 to pay at checkout. The pool is nice if you never been to Miami then you will appreciate the hotel but if you expect more do not book this hotel. Family oriented so there were kids everywhere. Overall I enjoyed my trip and when I hung at the hotel I enjoyed that too so I give this place a three star because I know there are fabolous places to stay in Miami.
