Our family went on a San Antonio vacation. The only thing we did at out hotel was sleep. The room was smocking after we had booked non smoking, the carpets were wet, the fixtures on the ligh switches and the lamps were broken, the sheets were dirty and there were a few bugs. The pool had broken tables and chairs and the water was not clean. The tables around the pool were also ver dirty. It was not a great experience. The staff was unfriendly as well. The rooms were also very loud, you could hear everyone running around in the hall and talking.
