Location was fine, not so beautiful but good.... But I received calls from the Front Desk during my three nights at 3 am asking me to hang up the telephone.. otherwise the telephone would keep ringing the entire night!!!! AWESOME. You can take the LIRR train *takes 30 minutes from PENN STATION to Queens Village ($6 to $9.5) or use bus + Subway and take 1 hour to do the same trip ($2.5).

Dirty, breakfast was cheap and not good. Staff was not friendly. Railroad in the back with frequent trains. Far away from the city.

didn't like being near a railroad, area wasn't where i would stay at.. the room was cleaned each day. the rubber on the stairs were coming apart. can become a lawsuit if someone got their shoe caught. i would not care to stay there again but the check in clerks were very helpful and cooperative.i just didn't like the location.

not good - horrible location; nowhere near subway. I have nothing else to say but this stupid review system insists I add more words.

HE VENIDO CON PROCUPACION POR LA DISTANCIA DE MANHATTAN PERO HA RESULTADO COMODO POR LA VECINIDAD CON EL TREN. EL HOTEL ES COMODO Y LAS HABITCIONES LIMPIAS Y CUIDADAS. EL PERSONAL AMABLE Y DISPUESTO A AYUDARLE QUE ES ALGO QUE EL TURISTA DESEA. RECOMEDARE AL HOTEL

Front desk clerk non communitive; stuffy & stale smell in hallways; very clean rooms and not too small at all; continental breakfast below average-coffee, two cereals, tiny muffins and toast-jelly and butter only.

Hotel is not 15 minutes from Manhattan, it is at least 30 minutes by train, and could be longer by any other means of transportation. Eventhough the hotel is new, room carpets are filthy and smell. Needs maintenance. Staff was helpful.

Parking was good. Room was the least expensive in the area. Can only access if you have a car.

The front desk associate was not engaging or overly pleasant which I have been finding alot of lately. The hotel being brand new is poorly designed the breakfast area is TOO small, my husband and I had to wait for another family to finish before we could be seated. The bed was very comfortable. The contiental breakfast was by far sub standard. Cold cereal,coffee,2 varities of pastries, one type of muffin, toast.I wish they would describe in detail on their website so travelers will be aware of other plans to dine. My husband and I were in search of a great restaurant to have a real breakfast and had no luck. There is a train that runs on the track directly behind the hotel. Good news there is parking. Taking all this into account the price was right for a 1 day stay

-I loved staying at this hotel!! My experience was great, when me and my husband checked in at 430 all I had to do was show my identification fill out a information card and i was handed my key all under 5mins. The room was very clean and neat with a louge chair, flat scrren TV, a armor and a chest with an ironing board and iron!! I never experienced a much nicer hotel at the price I paid. Staff was very nice and helpful, when we called the front desk and asked for delivery resturants they took what we wanted and placed the order them selves. I come to New York once every two weeks and this hotel is the perfect home away from home, I coudnt ask for better!!
