I noticed the first night that the button to push to retain the water in the bath was missing. I stayed three nights and despite i told them to fix it, nobody did, and i guess nobody cared. Also the "iron table" was broken. The black guy that seems to be the supervisor is nice and try to be helpful with what he has, but he cannot do a miracle with an hotel that needs so much renovation. The young lady at the reception desk doesn't care about anything, she doesn't even say hello, and she doesn't know how to transfer an outside line, amazing!!

The area was not very desirable, next to a used car lot, but overall, it was worth what it cost. The bathroom looked like it had been remodeled recently, but the building showed a lot of age that can't be covered up by any remodeling.

The hotel was what I think you'd expect. We were spending most of our time at Universal Studios, all we wanted was a clean bed and bathroom with cable tv watch as we drift off to sleep at the end of a long day. That is exactly what this hotel is, a room with no frills.

We arrived very late, and the staff was wonderful. I don't remember the name of the man who was attending, but he was really great. The service was outstanding, but they really need to change the bedding. Even though the room was non-smoking, the comforters were filled with cigarette burns. It's not a huge investment - and it will make the rooms smell better if they updated. The climate control was great, it's a great place if you just need to crash and pay a low rate as we did for the launch of Atlantis. If you're looking for a resort - this isn't it. If you just need a clean room, a comfy bed and shower near the highway, all Orlando/Space Center attractions and don't plan on spending a lot of time there - you can't beat it.

Its and ok hotel, BUT It wasnt very sound pref. I could hear traffic going by people talking outside. Other than that it was a good stay. They let me check in a hour and half early.
