Hotel is conveniently located close to S. Congress. The homeless people hanging out by the store right next door were aggressive but, I hear that's the norm in A-town.

Not a good place for downtown Austin action unless you have a car. Nearby indian restaraunt has the same owner as hotel. You get what you pay for I guess, i would not recommend this place though.

I'm relocating to Texas and stayed at this hotel while I look for a home in the future. The rooms are very small but ok for the price. Location was ok. I've stayed at many hotels and this one was just average.

The hotel is very reasonably priced, and it is located literally minutes from downtown. It's not fancy, but it has all the basic things you need: a bed, a tv, and a shower. The front desk staff is very helpful if you are new to the area, with lots of fun tips on how to best experience Austin.
