The worst experience in a hotel. Broken tub drain. unavailable Wi-Fi internet connection although it was part of my reservation items. The staff are agressive, not friendly and they couldn't solve any problem.

Good thing is a free shuttle to/from airport. Rooms are OK, but all smoking. Staff is OK, a bit cold. Overall, price/quality ratio is actual.

This hotel provided me with rhe best accommodation for my stay. The hotel lobby, room and cafe were very clean. I would highly recommend this hotel to any family or friend.

I have to say this is a average hotel. For the price, it was I expected. Location a little difficult to reach.

Upon awakening early in the morning on the second day of our stay, which included my girlfriend and her 9 year-old son who suffers from a skin condition known as eczema, I noticed several bites on each of us. As a physician I was quickly able to recognize the characteristic bite pattern, known as the "breakfast, lunch, and dinner sign", which is very specific for bed bugs (Cimex lectularius). This triggered an extensive search for an infestation and not surprisingly were easily found, captured, and shown to the hotel staff. There are many problems with this and are even more significant from my standpoint and are as follows: 1) I have several blistering bites on my right hand which may or may not result in loss of work given the fact that I am in the medical field and such blistering lesions are susceptible to fluid transmission with other infectious agents. 2) Although the necessary precautions have been taken not to secondarily infect my home with luggage and other items that were in the hotel room, there are no guarantees and a 4000 square foot home requiring extermination services of such infestations can cost thousands of dollars. 3) My girlfriend's 9 year-old son who suffers from eczema is highly at risk for secondary infections related to such bites and can potentially lead to a hospitalization.
