The hotel was located in a very dirty area although the hotel itself was ok. The staff were nice. The elevator was out of order and no assitance was rendered with luggage.

This hotel is located in an industrial area of Alberta, quite obviously the owner is not spending any money on maintenance and upgrading. The carpets on all the floors in the rooms and hallways are very stained, dated, threadbare. The airconditioning doesn't work and is very noisy. The pool is not open for use, a note states it's under repair like everything else. The only good thing is that the sheets on the beds are clean and are changed daily and I didn't see any bugs.

We enjoyed our stay very much and found the hotel staff friendly and accommodating.

The hotel is old, not clean. the reception and lobby are not recommended to stay with clients or guests... The rooma smell bad and are very badly maintained.

We had a patio door that we could not lock. There were scary looking characters lurking around and in the building. I did not sleep well at all!
