The hotel service was good in general, easy access by subway and bus. It was close to 3 shopping centers, supermarkets, laundry, doctors, dinners, etc. You had almost every you need close to the hotel just walking around the corner. But it would be great tha in a near future that the hotel consider to have available with the wi fi service they provide already, a computer with a printer in the lobby , not everyone travels with their laptops or has a smart phone . Finally the breakfast has to be improve, more variety every day like toast, cold cuts a small microwave to warm a little bit the muffins the serve.

We were shocked at the size of the bedroom. With the queen bed, there is space only for one person to move sideways around the 3 sides of the bed. And, they still have stone-age TV.

Stayed one night there after a night out in the city.... room was clean and didn't smell like smoke compare to the hotels of the suronding area.

The hotel over all was wonderful. It was clean and the hotel staff was very friendly. If they had a snack bar or a microwave or refridgerator so you wouldnt have to worry about you food getting spoiled or having to buy non-perishable items would of been great. Other than that my stay was beyond incredible .

We arrived earlly around 1030 and they let us have a good room. Also the location was great very near the train and also close to shea stadium. so it is perfect location if your going to see a game. Also the area is very safe and had no problems walking around at night
