When we arrived the desk clerk informed us that the handicap accessible rooms that i had reserved did not have working heaters. We were given a room upstairs, no elevators by the way, that was to have heat. Ran hvac for 15min and still was blowing cool air. Complained about it to front desk and was given another room, still the same problem. Also, the hallways and vestibule had big stains on the carpet and tile. Also don't be fooled by the picture, the front desk and lobby are in seperate building from the motel rooms in which is about 200 yards from the lobby.

Overall the hotel was a great deal for the price. They did have a continental breakfast, but I never tried it. The one major complaint I have is that the AC in my room was HORRIBLE. I was there in November, but some nights were hot and muggy.

If you want clean, safe, and a friendly staff, you will like this motel. Staff bends over backwards to accomadate even a special request. Amenities are ok ... same as most .... cheapest toilet paper money can buy, little soaps which are useless ... towels ok . Beds clean and firm, no smells in the room, water pressure could be better (2nd floor), WIFI is excellent, so for a clean, safre, place to stay on a business trip, it is just right.

I was a little disappointed in the general up keep for a how rd johnson but over all friendly an clean with a waffle house in walking distance which was wll staffed
