Average / Ordinary is about as accurate as it gets. You get what you pay for and the HOJO was cheap.

The first room I was checked into had a broken toilet but I was able to switch rooms to one with a functional one. Location is by the freeway but it wasn't noisy.

The inn is located at a very good area, near to free way, nice restaurants and all of the major attarctions. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The room is totally good for the price as it is equipped with all of the basic necessity. The only complain I have was the microwave, which stunk from previous major burning or some other accidents by previous tenants. Overall it's good!
