Innkeeper was efficient, business-like and accommodating. We didn't want a second floor room and he changed the room without complaint. The bed was very comfortable and up to our standards. The TV remote needed a battery or something because it was difficult to change channels without effort. The only negative was the "breakfast". Very meager so don't expect much. Overall, it was great for the one night we were there. We will consider staying there again.

The location was super close to UF. This is why we thought it would be worth staying at. The room was very small with 2 full size beds and no room to barely walk by the TV to get to the bathroom. The TV had cable but did not find out until the end of our stay that it had to be unpluged to be reset. The remote control did not work, nor did the actual channel and volume buttons on the TV. Even though it had a swimming pool,it was really small making it uncomfortable to swim with strange man being so close I could probably smell his breath. The contintental breakfast was extremely small so we ate out. The room was set with the airconditioner off (probably to save electricity) which made a long day on the road not so comfortable to come crash in a nice cool bed. The iron did not get warm enough to get wrinkles out of our clothes! Previous stays at other hotels were far more enjoyable and worth the price!
