I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights during New Year 2012. The hotel located close to metro station, there's easy to get Manhattan, and they also provide a FREE Wi-Fi through the hotel.

When we first arrived, the clerk did not have our confirmation on her computer. I showed her my e-mail with Orb Confirmation No. and the H-J Confirmation No. She said it was not in her system and I needed to call Orb. After and hour of talking to Orb and to her, we finally got our room. The clerk was initially less than helpful but after 30-40 min, finally started trying to help us resolve the issue.

This hotel is located underneath a train track with frequent and very noisy passings. It is also located in a sketchy neighborhood with a housing project across the street. It should tell you something when the check-in desk has 1 inch thick bullet proof glass. On the upside, it does have parking (monitored by security cameras), the bathrooms were clean (but very small), and the free wi-fi was operational. I received a room on the opposite side of the train and turned on the very loud, semi-broken heater/ac unit and the train noise was barely noticeable.

THIS LOCATION WAS CONVIENT TO THE SUBWAY. IT WASNT HARD GETTING TO LOCATION TO LOCATION. I RECOMMEND THIS TO EVERYONE WHO'S TRAVELING ON A BUDGET.
