The neighborhood around the hotel is not good. The staff wasn't able to provide useful information regarding hotel or neighborhood.

The Hotel del Real is a very acceptable hotel at a reasonable price. The major drawback is its distace from the center of town - about a 30 min. walk. On the plus side, they provided a clean, comfortable room with a good bed for a fair price.

Hotel is good value for money. The room we stayed in was roomy and very pleasantly furnished / decorated. The street restaurant next to the hotel was excellent although you should probably avoid arriving at peak times between 20h00 and 22h00 to avoid waiting (experience in August)

Good bus connection to and from heart of the City. Nice, typical neighbourhood. Great market in the Lorenzo quarter, right behind the hotel (Via Abate).

We really enjoyed staying here. It was not too close to the old town but the staff was happy to get us to our tour points and it was easy to get around by foot. Really helpful staff with good suggestions. No restaurant inhouse but two good restaurants very close. Clean facillities. Great room and service and we also paid a great price. I expected less and got a pleasant suprise
