Hotel is a distance from the airport but with the complimentary shuttle it isn't a problem. Room was clean and comfortable with fast, free wireless internet.

A good place to spend the night before leaving Amsterdam. Close to the airport and with free shuttle bus. Room was small but clean and worked well for us.

This hotel is in an older building in a very quiet, residential neighborhood. There isn't much around, and since I was only there one night when I wasn't able to fly out on standby and didn't take advantage of the public transit, I can't say how easy it would be to get into the city. It doesn't look far on the map, however. The staff were extremely nice, and transportation to and from Schipol was provided at no extra cost, making it a great value. I think cab rides to/from the airport would have cost what I paid for the room. My room was in a newer part of the hotel and included a private bathroom and shower, and was not overly spacious, but not bad, either. If you just need a place to shower and sleep, this certainly fits the bill.

This hotel is indeed in a small town, but beware of outdoor rock concerts nearby. With ear plugs, pillows, and closed windows, it feels like the concert is in your room. And the hotel staff refused to move us into a quieter room. The concert played until 2am. We were so disappointed in the service staff's willingness to help. Having an airport shuttle bus was a draw for us, but beware if you have an early morning flight as the shuttle bus starts at 6:30am. Our taxi was almost the price of the hotel night! I'd recommend paying the extra $5 or $10 for another airport hotel.

TV tuning was very difficult and no English speaking channels seemed to be available. Breakfast was unexciting. No plugs in either the handbasin or the shower. The duvet/cover seemed to have no changeable outer cover and we felt it was not washed between customers. Wife was bitten 10 times during the night by something, not a mosquito. I don't know what the area is like for pricing, but it seemed quite an expensive hotel for a fairly average service.

The Hotel's location is rather remote but serene; in a rural village - as honestly stated in the Hotel's brochure. A first time visitor to Amsterdam that has business or other interests in the City may find this location a challenge. However, at day time, public transport connections are good and the Hotel staff were eager to explain how one could around. I found the staff friendly, considerate and helpful.

I enjoyed my 10 day stay. The staff took care of the family in all manners required. The hotel is in a quite town wich was great. Had Internet access a the hotel, since this is the only way I could talk to home. Rooms are small but cozy, but that's all you need if your on vactio n and travlling around the area.

Everything in the room was very clean, but the reception area and corridors didn't look all that neat to say the least, and smelt of smoke all the time. The staff were friendly, but the phone in the room didn't work, light bulb was out etc...and there was much to be desired in terms of services. In terms of location, the hotel is actually not in Amsterdam. For guests who have hired cars, it would be an okay place to stay, but if you want to use public transport, I suggest staying in the city rather than checking into a hotel in the outskirts. But the village the hotel is located in is quite pleasant.

This is hotel is no more tahn what they advertise "Sleep and Fly". If you have a trasit at Schipol this is an OK place. Free Shuttle but you must call them and arrange before hand 6-8minute drive. Hotel is simple. Furnature acceptable good shower. I had the inconvenience of waiting an hour till thier system confirmed my reservation and I got the room.

More of an American style motel than a hotel, but very acceptable standard and great value for being so close to Schiphol.

The room I received had no air conditioning. Apparantly it was being upgraded. Also the washroom had an opening below the shower, like it was missing a tile. Other than that, service was great as well as location
