The hotel staff very accomodating and has offered me and my son superb customer service experience. Hotel very near train station too so easy to move about. There are restaurants just a few meters away too. Only thing missing is a starbucks outlet for a nice sip of coffee to start our day.

A typical Japanese business hotel at the lower end. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms very small but to be expected for Tokyo at this price. Breakfast served at a small charge but served late. Has laundry which was useful Would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in Tokyo

samll but enough for 2 person, near to sub way n JR station, so near to akihabara n Asakusa, value for money, polite n English speaking receptionist, WIFI in lobby or u can use the computer there.

Although it takes a bit of an effort to get your suitcase to fit next to the bed, the room is and has everything one needs. Anyway, if you are in Tokyo, you don't need to spend time in your room during the day. The location of the hotel is very good, two minutes from the subway and JR station, and you can get there directly from Narita or Haneda.

This is a perfect hotel for tourists doing sightseeing in Tokyo. The hotel is conveniently located near 2 JR rail stations and 2 separate subway lines (5-10 min walk depending on which one you are trying to get to). It's about a 10 minute walk from the Edo museum and 15 minutes from Akihabara. The location really could not be better. The rooms are small but very clean and quiet. The staff is simply amazing and all staff members were extremely helpful and spoke excellent English. The hotel has a lounge area with free wifi which is very convenient. Excellent room value!
