We went to Orlando to visit the Disney parks. The hotel is located very close to the properties which is convenient. Unfortunately, we experienced a variety of issues with the hotel. The carpet was filthy. We had an ant infestation. The only outlet in the combined master bed/bath did not work. We had water pour out of one of our light fixtures from the unit above it. At one point a large group of guests were very rowdy and loud for several hours. The hotel staff addressed most of our problems quickly. Our carpet was cleaned. The ants were dealt with. The leak was fixed. The outlet never did get fixed and I had to call security three times before they quieted the noisy guests. Even though most of the problems were taken care of, it was not a relaxing experience to have carpet cleaners, an exterminator, a building engineer and a handyman in our villa. We do not recommend this hotel and will not be returning. We were very disappointed.

the villa was wonderful. close to Disney and not far from the other parks as well. Basically,when the day was done it was like coming home.

The hotel assigned us an ugly but very ugly room. After a couple of days there we could not stand that room. So, we asked for our money back but they gave us an other room much better. This room was big, clean, and beautiful. We spend the rest of our stay very confortable. On the other hand, the hotel charge for everything. From amenities to wi-fi ($9.99/day).

Beautiful place, multiple pools & restaurants/ places to eat. They even have a game room for the kids. Close to Disney, Universal, Sea World. We were greeted exceptionally well and even escorted/helped to our room by one of the bell service persons and given a map of the property (huge). Was like a small 2 bd/2ba apartment w/your own washer and dryer. Would definitely stay there again!
