Hotel Western Queen New Delhi Guest Reviews
Hotel rooms are okay, but service is really poor. After having arrived at 1h30 am with my OWN taxi (however airport pickup was included according to the hotel description), I expected a decent night to start my holidays in India. However, without my permission I was woken up at 8h to 'kindly' ask me whether I would have breakfast. Not my definition of service, I would say. Furthermore, I was offered a 'free' taxi, but it dropped me off at a place I did not ask for.
