The location is good because its directly connected to that subway station and close to the new railway station. The room however is just okay. We had problems with the shower, which would turn hot and cold while you use it. The staff was helpful but we ended up just staying in the same room, since I think this was a problem for the entire hotel. The feel of the room is somewhat dark, and dreary although it is designed to be kinda modern. There is free breakfast which was pretty good. Our stay was okay but I probably would not go back.

Hotel room was good, relatively spacious, most staff were friendly.Location was good.Buffet breakfast was provided which was OK.would stay there again.

Should inform us non-smoking room is fully booked out instead of just check us in smoking room which it quite dissapointed.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff, super clean and extremely sound proof. Could do better with the breakfast variety - they serve the same menu daily which consists of rice, miso, pickles, eggs, seaweed, roles, jam/ butter, sausage, salad and juice. Some nice selection of fruits and ham would be cool :) Very conveniently located - from subway station, Tsukiji market and the AMAZING Hama Rikyu Park! I heart Tokyo & Villa Fontaine :D
