Hotel Urban St Leonards Sydney Guest Reviews
Overall a very nice hotel to visit and would stay there again. The room was very large with a great balcony and view. Everything was clean and relatively new. Big screen TV and king bed, plus spa bath and separate shower. Staff on check-in were very friendly and helpful. I had a small issue where i booked on the shuttle and it left early. Not sure why they couldn't have called my room to find out where i was, or considering they had a taxi sitting there waiting for another booking in 20 minutes offered that. Hotel is within walking distance of St Leonards business district/train station. I would avoid the cafe as it's very over priced and only had a limited range of food. There is a range of food available from Subway/Mcdonalds through to cafe's at St Leonards itself. There is also a Coles Express so you can pick up some drinks/snacks. IE the bottle of water in-room which costs $6 is only $2.25 at Coles!

Stayed here several times. Check in was fairly normal. Any rooms on the highway are always noisy. Windows need soundproofing. Everything clean & tidy. Read the text any of the shampoo & soaps-amusing. Nice old-school look of the Tivoli clock radio.

This Hotel was very clean and fresh and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was with the traffic noise from the highway out the front.

Comfortable room, very comfortable bed, no toilet brush, water left on bedside table presumed complimentary, but charged. In general very comfortable, a little bit far from the city. Very clean. thank you
