Bed was VERY comfortable. Room was quite small by Western standards, but not intolerable. Room amenities are pretty basic but all the essentials are there. Staff was helpful and spoke English. Vending machines( n/a and alcoholic beverages and food) and ice machines on every floor were a plus. Laundry facilities in the basement were helpful (and not overly expensive) as we stayed 2 weeks. Wired in room internet was a little slow but still a lifesaver and worked great. Very convenient Family Mart and coffee shop directly across the street. 5 minute walk to JR Shinjuku train station, VERY convenient as you can pick up almost any train line there. PERFECT location!!

Hotel has a good location with transports nearby, convenience stores and food outlets. Provides free wifi at lobby.
