Staff was first rate. I had several problems unrelated to the hotel that I needed help with and there was always someone that spoke english to help with me with somewhat complicated situations. My spanish is ok but it was so much easier for me to deal in english. Location is quite convenient to major streets. Locations that I thought would be quite distant turned out to be just minutes away. Hotel has a feel of an older elegant hotel although I don't think that is the case. WIreless internet was free and fast as was the hotel computer downstairs.
