Clean, quiet, spacious (for Paris), maybe not quite 4 star, unique (!) sitting room below with bed/bathroom upstairs - don't know if all rooms are the same. Good price (but it was in the off season). Wifi costs - but is quite cheap at 5 Euro for 24hrs connect time.

Great location close to 2 metro stations. Good family accomodations, we stayed at the Unic Renoir St Germain. Had up and down stairs with double bed in both rooms. Very roomy, stairs were circular, and could be diffuclt for older people.
