Hotel Stromboli Rome Guest Reviews
Wouldnt stay here again, there was no toilet in the room, it was down a hallway. The toilet was old and in need of repair, it make some funny noises ! One young guy on reception was ok, but seemed to do all the work the others were rude. The hotel looked alright down the bottom, so we were shocked when we got our room, not flash. Noisey location, but near the train station.

Great location if you want to be near Termini station. Room was very small and bathroom tiny, but adequate for overnight stop. Breakfast was OK, but very small selection. Run down hotel which needs a good facelift, and as my room overlooked the main street it was very noisy all night. Unfortunately I stayed on the night of a big rugby game and that may have been the cause of so much noise (winning team celebrating until the early hours). Very helpful and polite at reception.

The Receptin was pleasant and efficient. The choice of breakfast was good, The room was small and the bathroom also small with the shower extremely small and in great need of updating. The view from the window was very disappointing as we looked out onto a blank wall 10 feet away. The hotel was convenient as it was in the same street as the station Termini.

The location of this hotel next to the rail terminii in Rome makes it easy to get too, from the airport. Coupled with the bus terminal adjacent to the rail terminii makes it an ideal base to explore Rome. The hotel itself is basic and the noise coming from the road is a big negative as it seems to be constant throughout the night, it is bearable with the windows shut, however the air conditioning is poor, subsequently the rooms can be hot and stuffy.
