This hotel is in a very nice part of Santiago. Much more pleasant here than in downtown with shopping and restaurants nearby. The hotel is nicely appointed and the rooms comfortable. Excellent breakfast buffet. Some of the staff at check in are a little snooty and make you feel like you're lucky they serve you. Overall no problems and I would stay here again.

Welcoming staff, always helpful. Well located smaller hotel in Providencia area of Santiago . Easy for walking around. Close to large shopping areas. Excellent meals. Roof top pool area.

Close to shops, eating areas - I would like to see some FREE water to clean your teeth, a clock in the room and the night Mnager to be more pleasant. Other staff was great - I would stay there again

This was a lovely hotel. Comfortable rooms with very good facilities; friendly and helpful service from everyone in the hotel, from the front desk, to the concierge, the restaurant and bar staff, and the housekeeping staff. The food was also very good, though expensive. Location-wise it was excellent. An easy walk to some parts of town (including one end of the Cerra San Cristobel park) and two metro stations, so getting around was easy. My only 'complaint' would be the price, as it was quite expensive.
