About 20 minutes walk from the old town. Next to a modern shopping centre and an attractive pedestrian area around the Church of St Sever. As the weather was bad we had dinner in the hotel and enjoyed a very good meal.

This was just a short break for touring around Normandy, and this was the perfect place to stay. It is near enough to the centre, and the parking was very easy. The rooms are very samll,limited clothes space and there are no drawers, so it would really be more suitable to an overnight stay only. It is used by coach companies for this purpose, and tends to be very noisy early in the mornings. Overall though it was extreemly good value, and the staff were polite and helpful.

This hotel met all the basic needs of a traveller without much additional comforts. The room was small and the shower/toilet was economic in its design. However its central location and secure car parking made up for its limitations.
