Location
The Hotel Roma is on the northwest side of Miami, 10 miles from Fort Lauderdale Airport and the beautiful sandy beaches. It is conveniently located for visiting the Everglades National Park, Miami Metro Zoo and the Seaquarium, being right on the Florida Turnpike.

friendly staff. Place needs some renovation to look appealing.

This hotel is in an unsafe location, bad surrounding area. I would not even feel safe to leave my rental car there for overnight parking. On picture hotel looks OK, but once you are at hotel, it will look so much different. I would not recommend this hotel for anybody. This is barely one star hotel.

We only stayed at this hotel 2 night and tried our hardest not to spend anytime there. The pool was dirty there was lizards all over the place. The breakfast was complimentary but horrible so we ate out instead. They had bagels and they were so hard and burnt at that. The receptionist was extremely nice but other than her nobody speaked english. The TV in the room had 5 channels. The location is horrible. There is nothing in that area and seem to be in a very bad part of town. If its for a night or two then the price is right but I dont recommend for vacation.
