We were made to feel very welcome, good breakfasts. Good all round experience. Great if you want to visit the pleasure beach.

When we arrived we were hit with an extra £15 on top of £75 we had originally paid. This was for breakfast (which was rubbish) and parking (if you could call it that). not a good start. The room was for my myself, my wife and my 3 year old daughter. It was just big enough for the double bed and single bed, to get the the en suite you had to scrape round the walls of the room. This hotel was never in a million years worth the price tag it asks for. Not value for money. Only good thing was the owners were pleasant but if they are asking for the kind of money I will leave you to be the judge. Also, do not eat evening meal from the restaurant it is really really poor italian!!!!! food and pricey, buy a McDonalds instead.
