This was the worst holiday I ever had in my life. The manageress called May and some staff are very bad attitude, they just do not make you feel welcome and not very helpful. Flies all over food and bread rolls are solid. Leakage in shower room and the entrance door to my room leaking inside electric light difficult to get into the room as the floor was wet. Swimming pools impossible reserve sunbeds. Going to make a complaint along with videos and photos. Not disabled friendly.

this hotel is horrible, its not one bit nice, the manager called May and staff people are horrible, we got treated different by everybody because disabled, I would not recommend this holiday to anyone. Flies on food, leakage in shower room.

no exercise room all 4 star hotel should have excess room too long to answer call no soap all soap bottle in the restroom not are empty after call no one come to supply soap after 45 minutes go to cleaning lady reception young lady under superviseed not too much experience talk to people from other country

This Hotel is for old people from Spain not for families or younger people from other places.

It was very easy to find and located only 6km from Malaga Airport. Lot's of Swimming Pools and Free Bus Shuttle to Beach (Playa) in Torremolinos. I would recommend it. FW.
