Good location in Bukit Bintang area near malls like BB Plaza and Sungei Wang. The bad thing is my aircon in my room is leaking ive told it to the Indian guy at the frontdesk but he would not bother even my whole floor is flooded with water. Ive requested maybe they can give me different room but they wouldnt give me so ive stayed there for 3 nights cant sleep because of the leaking aircon dripping all night and day. Crazy! Also the people in frontdesk seems very hostile and unapproachable always. No hospitality at all.
