No hot water, water taps loose; Shower not working.No window in the room,Poor service from reception .surrounding area very busy & noisy.

It's a pretty nice hotel and the staff is very friendly and so helpfull Nothing was to much for them . It's perfect if you don't want to spend too much money on accommodation

The staff were the most helpfull that i have seen, even when we had a problem when we got there as the taxi Took us to the wrong place from the airport as he did not know it ,which was very streesfull for us. The staff was so kind to us and carming geting us a drink. thanks staff. Any one going to delhi and staying at this hotel dont get a taxi, phone the hotel and thay will pick you up i do that next time i go.

We enjoyed our stay here (second time after 2 years) and the staff made us feel very comfortable and welcome. Hot water still a problem - only available at peak times. Internet access very bad - 3 computers and none work properly! Rooms are comfortable enough.
