Great location, fantastic staff, and outstanding service! The rooms are well designed and a lot is packed in a compact room. Creative use of bath room space as well as bathroom amenities. Comfortable work space and a small refrigerator filled with goodies - all free!! The hallways could do with a little more lighting! Free breakfast, a 24 hour snack room, and every day happy hour on the house!

I would definitely endorse this chic urban boutique hotel to any hoping to experience Taipei & the best she has to offer, especially so if you are a design aficionado and like to mash up your traditional with on-the-pulse contemporary. A fabulous temp home base while you scour the city streets & alleyways. The lack of a pool & the usual 5-star hotel facilities are more than made up for by the 24hr HQ lounge, which stocks a library of magazines including wallpaper & monocle, plus a pantry to cure your 3am fix of M&Ms, chips and juice. Last but not least, the staff here make the establishment the warmest and most accommodating hotel I have come across yet, they listen and help to the best of their abilities, emphasizing the all-important factor of the human touch. Kudos to the team.
