Centrally situated but some of the rooms are looking a bit tired however the staff especially on the front desk were very efficient and friendly.

Some rooms have noise and shake from train underground, but it is very nice

Very good service, front desk offered good informations,recommended nice restaurants ,reasonably good breakfast but no fresh fruits and vegetables, have booked airport transfer through reception.we defintely would recommend staying at this hotel, as a matter of fact this is the second time for us,we like the atmosphere, especially the beautiful lobby, the restaurant and the garden.although centrally located, rooms with garden view are very quiet.

This hotel had character - staff very pleasant. My room was perfect for a single. Would stay there again.

Everything great but could do with some initiative on front desk - rest of staff charming - can't beat the opera house garden for aperitifs!
