Hotel Pullman Paris Montparnasse Guest Reviews
We had à lovely stay at the Pullman hotel. The room was nice and spacious. Only the bathroom was really up for a renovation. The lobby is very spacious and looks really good. There are some restaurants within a five minute walk from the hotel and the train / metrostation is just around the corner. Staff is very friendly. We will definitely come back!

Beds were firm to our liking. Only 5 minutes walk to train station. Has a safe in the room. convienent store nearby. Wifi in lobby.

Rooms small, duvets not warm enough for winter, no blanket or bathrobes . Eat at their fine dining restaurant, food great service lousey . Over priced for what you get . Good location, next to station

Overall it's good but would prefer they have wifi access inside the room, even at a charge.

Hotel foyer was subject to renovation which was unattractive but I understood to be a temporary misfortune. 18th floor corridors and room furniture were looking old. Front cafe was poorly furnished and designed. Open to viewing from passers-by in street did not create a cosy, elegant or professional atmosphere for a hotel with aspirations of 4 stars, this is not good. It had the feel of a 3 star hotel. Room was minimum acceptable size. Need better range of bed pillows. High point was the service from the Concierge desk. Each member was pleasant and tireless in helping me track down my luggage which was misplaced by an airline.
