Location

Wonderful stylish hotel, rooms are clean and spacious, really good value for the money we paid, everyone is really friendly and attentive.

This is a lovely hotel, very well situated near downtown, with a great welcoming comfortable lobby and an excellent restaurant. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the exercise room is very well equipped. And they do a good espresso at the bar. The only minor gripe is that there was no iron available for ironing in your room. I would recommend this hotel very highly and would certainly stay there again.

The Plaza San Francisco is a good business hotel located in the center of the city. if you need to be in the city center than this is a wonderful spot and provides excellent value. The staff is very helpful and go out of their way to provide top rate service. If you don't need to be in the center of the city than you may want to try another hotel in other neighborhoods. As tourists we found the city center to be old, tired, and dirty. You can stay in the nicer cleaner part of towns and easily take the metro to see the sights of the city center. On the other hand, we were close to Bella Vista which has numerous good and fun restaurants. Although we were told to be careful in this neighborhood we never felt unsafe during the 3 nights we were there.

My room was large. Bathroom was a bit old. Breakfast at Plaza San Frasisco has a good selection of fruit but if you prefer hot breakfast items those are not plentiful.
