Location was good...very near shopping areas like Granville, Nathan Road, iSquare Mall and K11 Mall. Also located near MRT station which makes traveling very convenient. Room was very clean and comfortable.

Security staff are rude and condescending. One of them was extremely rude during check-in.

It was a short trip to HK for only 2 nights as a stopover from San Francisco. The hotel is fairly expensive just like all the hotels in HK. We selected this hotel is because it is located in a very convenient area, near the stretch of Nathan Road and MRT station. Our room didnt have the best view (harbour) but we did spent some time at the top floor lounge where we can see the Victoria Harbour and the Symphony of Lights. Overall, it is a good hotel if your budget permits and wanted to be near to Nathan Road, Tsim Tsa Tsui.

Very good hotel. The underground train, MTR, only a short walk as is Nathan Road. The hotel staff are excellent, especially the housekeeping and concierge people. Outstanding.

The hotel was all we wanted for our stay in Hong Kong. Very comfortable with plent of room. Very close to the subway, cafes, bars. An ideal place to stay in Hong Kong.
