Location was good...very near shopping areas like Granville, Nathan Road, iSquare Mall and K11 Mall. Also located near MRT station which makes traveling very convenient. Room was very clean and comfortable.

Security staff are rude and condescending. One of them was extremely rude during check-in.

It was a short trip to HK for only 2 nights as a stopover from San Francisco. The hotel is fairly expensive just like all the hotels in HK. We selected this hotel is because it is located in a very convenient area, near the stretch of Nathan Road and MRT station. Our room didnt have the best view (harbour) but we did spent some time at the top floor lounge where we can see the Victoria Harbour and the Symphony of Lights. Overall, it is a good hotel if your budget permits and wanted to be near to Nathan Road, Tsim Tsa Tsui.

Very good hotel. The underground train, MTR, only a short walk as is Nathan Road. The hotel staff are excellent, especially the housekeeping and concierge people. Outstanding.

Hotel is situated in a good location, near to MTR, but shops close around 10pm. Will still prefer to stay near Mongkok where shops closes at 12midnight.

We had an unusual corner room, probably what you get on an internet special, but it made it a bit difficult using the space. What this hotel really lacks is wifi availability in the rooms. We could not believe that in this day and age a Hong Kong hotel would not have wifi unless you took your tablet/ notebook to the lobby. In the end you get what you pay for.

My first stay at Hotel Panorama and I was quite satisfied with my stay. Stayed for 5 nights at this well located property in Kowloon, minutes walk from Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station and lots of local food, cafes and shopping malls are just walking distance away. The service was considered average, I'd seen better service from the other hotel which is just a street away. I was lucky enough to get a "Harbour view" from my window. If you want to get a panoramic view of the famous Victoria Habour, pop by 40th floor and get a truly panoramic view, while enjoying the strong sea breeze. The room was not very small for an Asian size guest like me, but some of the fixtures in the bathroom seems a tad too high for me, but not really an issue. the bathroom may be small for most of us as I kept hitting my elbow while showering. "Ouch" The bed was ok, but I find the pillow is rather soft for my liking. My overall experience at Hotel Panorama was quite a good one, taking in the factor of its prime location, and the price range. Do give this hotel a try during your next visit to Hong Kong!

Nice comfortable hotel as it's close by most shopping centres and main shopping street. The breakfast buffet was not the best however. And the wait staff weren't the friendliest around.

Located at Tsim Sha Tsui East, this hotel is 2 minute walk to K-11 (a big shopping mall), and in front of the hotel is entrance to Tsim Sha Tsui subway station. There are many restaurants and shops around. There is also a airport shuttle from Airport which you pay a fee (HK$140 per person) that takes you right to the hotel entrance. Our room has a perfect view of the harbour & although the room is a little small for my husband and I, it is very comfortable and functional. Depending on the package you buy, there can be free wi-fi (or not). Would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Hong Kong with a medium budget.

It was a bit tricky to find the hotel in its small laneway, but once there the staff were very helpful, first up to the reception on the first floor and then with an upgrade to a high floor room with harbour views. It can be a bit frantic with the lifts, but you could not get any closer to all the action in Kowloon!

Staff was extremely helpful, room and bathroom is clean and look new. Room size slightly on the smaller size but ok and got a nice view of facing Victoria Harbour. However it would need more the 5 mins walk to reach upon alighting from Tsimshatsui station, could prove challenging if you in and out the hotel more than 1 time/day. A few pub and bar nearby that open till late night, plus a few eateries and a supermarket that operate 24 hours.

Location is very good and convenient, although Hong Kong in general is very convenient to get around anyway. Promised views were very disappointing, unless you are lucky enough to be given a room on a higher floor. I've attached photos of the view from our room. Service from the staff was poor; they were quite unhelpful until we asked to speak to the manager. Part way through the check-in procedure, the staff member answered questions from another guest who interrupted his work - even when we objected to this (if he stops checking us in every time someone asks him a question, we'd never get to our room!) - he should have asked the other guest to wait until he'd finished with us, or asked one of his colleagues to serve that other guest (there were other staff members around who were not busy). We asked for a non-smoking room but upon entering the room, were assaulted by a very strong smell of smoke. When we told reception this, they insisted we'd been given a non-smoking room and that it's impossible a previous guest would have smoked in the room. When I invited a staff member to come and smell the room for himself, he offered to send up house-keeping with air-freshener, even though everyone knows this is inadequate. It was only when I insisted we be given an alternative room that they agreed, and even then it took a long time for them to do this. Rooms are small, lifts are slow and always busy, often we had to wait for several lifts before being able to get into one. Staff at the door show no initiative in assisting us to get a taxi. I will never stay at this hotel ever again, and would not recommend it to anyone. For the price of this place, it does not deliver.

The location is very good as it is only 3 minutes walk to the nearest subway/MTR station. Unfortunately the room is too small and we did not feel comfortable as we are used to bigger rooms in North America. We would rate this as a 3-star hotel given the size of the room and the main entrance which is not quite visible. The hotel lobby is on the second floor and is quite attractive. Hong Kong hotels are very expensive lately as we were able to get some better hotels for better prices when we were there in 2011.
