Excellent hotel, great location and very helpful, welcoming staff

Five star hotel says it all. If they could guarantee the weather it would be perfect. The hotel is right on the waterfront and you can walk to the old town, restaurants and shopping. The staff are friendly, courteous and very helpful. This is an expensive hotel but you get what you pay for. I loved this hotel.

Overall the hotel was beautiful and in a fantasic location. It is a quiet hotel, a bit lacking in atmosphere but this could be due to the time of the year. The one bad point about the hotel was the breakfast. It was very sub-standard for a hotel of this class. This is the only reason we chose not to eat our lunch or evening meal here. Besides this there are plenty of places around where you can eat. We had a most enjoyable stay here.

Everything was absolutely fabulous, staff were wonderful and the hotel was great. We really enjoyed our stay and have stayed in several other 4/5* hotels in Nice and this was the best, will definitely be going back.
