The thinnest walls ever. could actually hear the woman in the next room pressing the buttons on her phone. Had to leave the air conditioning on to drown out the sound of people snoring and talking throughout the hotel. Every footstep on the floor above sounded like somebody walking in my room. And no sound proofing from the tram line or the bar below. total waste of money. Guy at reception was nice, room was clean and cleaned during my stay. Breakfast was dried foods, mediocre.

Staff very freindly. Fair size buffet breakfast. En-suite service very good. Although not city centre good transport facilities.

The Hotel was common and value saving. You can also save time if you change tram " 4 " to metro in Maciachini station to get to central station, Duomo and another places.

the tram ride into the city is about 30-40 minutes. take tram number 4 and transfer to metro line 2 for faster commute. some rooms have broken shower but in general the hotel is pretty clean. the staff were helpful but only a few of them speak good english.

On our arrival at 3pm our room had not been cleaned. When we went to our room after it had been cleaned (3 quarters of an hour later) there was the previous occupiers dirty clothes still in the room...including dirty underwear!!! Staff were not very apologetic for this. Bed linen was uncomfortable and itchy...for reasons unknown!?! Breakfast was very minimal and not even nice. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!! If i was to go again i would rather sleep on the street!
