Our first visit to Paris could not have been at a better hotel. Yes it was small in size and yes it was 3 star but thats what we paid for and thats what we expected. What we didn't expect was the level of professional service we received from the staff at all levels. We were afforded the utmost courtesy and every question was answered with our best interest in mind. Our stay was enhanced by being at this hotel. The location was on the north side of the city close to Gare St Lazare station and near to Montmartre. We would be happy to return to this hotel.

My 15 year old daughter and I stayed here and it was lovely. The lift was small, very small, the rooms were a little hot but very easy to open the full length windows and see the world go by. Clean and quiet, and very friendly staff, I would stay there again and recommend it to anyone. Short walk to the Metro, walking distance to Galleries Lafayette.

The customer service and capability for booking everything a tourist could dream was superb! The only downfalls are the rooms are a bit cramped and you can hear the trains beneath you even from a 3rd story room... BUT with such a perfect location in regards to attractions and such fantastic service is more than worth it! Warning: check with the hotel attendant for bad neighborhoods before you go for a walk

The hotel was very good from all perspectives. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was relatively spacious, given that it's Paris! The location was excellent, close to the Metro train station and many main attractions, including the Sacre Coeur, Madeleine and Plaza de Concorde. I would certainly recommend this place and will come back again with family.

A very convenient and ideally suited location for the metro. Friendly, helpful and efficient staff. I found the breakfast area a tad compact and because it was in the cellar it was somewhat warm and airless. Otherwise it was very appropriate for our needs and i'd give it an 8/10

I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly at any time of day or night. Breakfast room was delightful and served a very good breakfast to keep you going until lunch time. I would stay in this hotel again and highly recommend it to friends. It's quite central for sightseening regardless of which direction you want to travel too.

Lovely place to stay. 2 min to Metro, 5 min (walking!) to famous Lafayette Shopping Center - just perfect. Very nice room - very clean, very friendly staff. They will tell you where to find best snails :) We will definately come back to them.

Good location. Room facing onto an inner courtyard was small but adequate, quiet and clean. Could be hot in the summer as no air conditioning. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Would recommend and stay there again.

Very nice hotel by parisian standards. Clean , newly renovated , wifi. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful : a rare instance in that city (I am french so no bashing here :-) we skipped the 10Euro breakfast - it is much cheaper to go to the bakery across the street ;-)
